In the Osa and Golfito region, biodiversity, biological cooridors, and the conservation are important topics since the region boats ecological gems like Corcovado National Park and ecotourism is a primary driver of the economy. With spreading palm plantations, INOGO was asked by many community members if the plantations would negatively impact biodiversity. This is case study is a preliminary study to begin to understand the diversity of life which the plantations can support. Report in Spanish.
